False advertising and defamation about their products

I try to call and cancel my subscription due to the fact that I did not received my watch. When they called me they told that I would get a watch with my perches. Also during my call I ask them if they had Maxim they told me that they did. I still have not received a single copy of Maxim. This is because they do not sale it. They have Maximum PC.

This is not at all what I said or ask for. This is where the deformation of product come into play as well as false advertizing I am also sure you can throw in bait and switch. All of which is on the recorded phone call that they have. All I wanted to do was cancel my subscription but now I feel as a business crime has been committed and it is my duty to report it.
