Con scam free maxim subscription promised on signup but never sent USA

Sandbox or SandboxPlus promised a free subscription to Maxim magazine upon signup with their fantasy sport service. I paid for their service for two months and never received an issue.
6 weeks after signing up I asked where my subscription was and I was told that I needed to confirm it in two weeks online. I confirmed, and waited another month. I asked again about my subsciption and I was told that it was coming in a month. A month later, I complained and I was told that my subscription would take longer due to the affiliation between maxim and sandbox.
I cancelled my membership. On signup there was no requirement to keep a membership for any length of time. It is 6 months after my signup with Sandbox and I am still waiting for my subscription.
