Scammers shady asks personal questions

Something is seriously wrong with this "company". First, their website is obviously a generic website they got free where you fill out the boxes and click submit and viola, instant website. Then when I sent my resume they couldn't read. Docx. Really? It's been out since Office 5 years ago, and even gmail opens. Docx files. They're suppose to be hiring computer programmers but don't know how to open a file? Wow... Red flags going off... But the icing on the cake was even after I sent my resume they didn't read it and asked me the same questions that are clearly labeled on the front of the resume. At this point I'm wondering if I'm even dealing with a real person or not, is it a auto-response that automatically rejects anything not. Doc and then asks the same questions to everyone no matter what's on the resume? Seems they're harvesting email addresses and phone numbers for SPAM purposes. Some of the questions were rather personal too, which could be used to attempt to access bank or credit card accounts.
