Ripoff never received item purchased, my email address assciated with order appears to be blocked gaurantee not kept

I requested a terrace of secret cards for my boy out of this organization about the nights July 31st. I've never gotten them. They charged my consideration within 2 hours. There is a gaurantee on thier website that mentioned all iems is likely to be delivered that evening. I obtained a confirmation mail having a verification number declaring product was delivered and really should be below within 10 times. It's now been 12 times. I attempted to email them at their customer support current email address and seemed to be plugged.
