Ripoff, Bad & Illegal Business Owner, Scamer, Liar, Psychopath, assult charges, Fraud, MENTAL, CRAZY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!

I started working at Just Beachy Tanning and hair studio 5 months ago. I found out the owner was crazy or "having some issues" the minute after I signed a 6 month contract to lease a hair station in one of her salons. We all knew the business was going downhill when the receptionist and manager told us she was several months behind in the utility bills and phone bills with both salons she owned. Also, we could see for ourselves that she has scared of tanning and other clietele in the 2 plus years she owned the place. Everytime, in the the entire time I have worked there, the paid emplyees either got checks that were unsigned or they would cash their checks and they would bounce! We all were getting nervous to pay our rent knowing that soon the power was to be shut off. At the beginning of August we were hestitant to pay because we saw things were going bad but, we all paid our rent and two days later the psycho fires all the "so called" paid employees, ripes eveything out of the salon, and runs around accussing everyone, but herself, for her own failure of her business and the salon going out of busines.

She is now tormenting the owners of the building where the salon was being leased, harrassing any employee she has a phone number for & threatening lawsuites on everyone, and giving a hard time to all surrounding businesses.

The police have been called several times in the last 5 days since this all went down. It's absolute insanity and it seems as if this crazy person, quite litterally, keeps getting away with "murder".

She has many charges against her like assult & weapons charges, bankrupsy, lawsuits, multiple car "accidents" in the last year, bad credit and somehow she still continues to buy & do business in our community. Currently it is rumored that she is trying to buy two more salons and just opened a fake purse boutique.

When is this woman going to be stopped? She is so dangerous and crazy that no one wants to go against her but, if many people who have been screwed by this loser band together maybe someday this person can get what she deserves instead of tormenting those who where stupid enough or unknowing enough, like me, to get involved with this person. The world should know KAREN KNOUD is someone to stay far, far, far, away from!
