Mobile Game - Aldo, mobile game

I read that Akdo is implementing a mobile game at thir stores for a chance to win $ worth of shoes. The stipuation is that you play three levels of the game in three different Aldo stores. I live in Memphis TN and there are only 2 stores my broad DMA. If Aldo wants to engage customers they should engagne all cusomter even if there is only one store in the area! Or are loyal customeres of a single store not worthy?!!!
