Never Delivered

Be warned!!! One star only because they did not hang up on me when I called to complain, and were apologetic. They were supposed to deliver a birthday order today, 5/2 to a location in North Carolina (I live in Miami), and sent me an email at 4:01 pm saying that they could not complete my order so were cancelling and issuing me a refund.

I called them immediately to let them know how upset and frustrated I was because at 4:01 pm, it would be impossible for me to find another florist to accomodate me. I told them that I would NEVER order from them again, and that I would be giving negative feedback on as many sites as possible.

Never once did they try to offer an alternate suggestion, or even offer a compensatory delivery tomorrow... Just cancelling, period.

They rope you in on a "Rewards Program" for $9.99 per month in order to receive the 50% discount that they flaunted on their website. I made sure to call American Express to dispute ANY charges coming from Blooms Today, and also requested a "Merchant Block" just in case they slip a monthly charge on to my card.
