Shipment, unprofessional workers and extremely unresponsible people - Ferrari jacket

This is the first and last time that I'm ordering something from this www.shop. Puma.com site. Im from Europe and used to love this branch but after the past few days became sick of it. Therefore, beside all my friends, co-workers and school mates i won't you all to be aware ordering from this sheety site. My best friend has B-day tomorrow, she's very very sick and I'm trying to surprise her with everything she desire. She loves ferrari puma and i wanted to by her something cute. Ordered and payed 2 days express shipping Friday morning so the item can be shipped and delivered by Monday. However, they sent me an e-mail on Monday when my item actually should be in my hands already that there is some issue and i need to call them o confirm the order, which was bullshit because when i did call they had all correct informations. The guy that spoke with me was nice but useless since he promised me ill have my package Tuesday and to keep the confirmation number. That never happened. I called Tuesday again and spoke with African -american women which promised to call me in 45 min to let me know if i should cancel my order or they'll ship it over night. That also never happened she never called me back. I called for the first time and the lady i spoke with after i taller her that they are the worst people in my life to business with and that ill write bad review seamed more upset with me and it should be vice versa. All in all horrible, frustrating experience, very unprofessional works, manager Michelle which is to busy to take the phone call when someone insists to talk to her etc... Plus if i need to pay shipment and have further issue ill take this further.
