I purchased a ring costing 3,577.94 from Reeds Jewelry on April 10th.
Gayle Obrien, the salesperson and Richard, the manager, told me I had 10 days To wear the ring and decide if I wanted to keep it or return it for a full refund. The Ring had to be sized from a 7 to a 10 (I never took it out of store) I was called on the
19th (the same day of my surgery-of which they all knew about) and left a message On my voicemail saying the ring was ready for pick-up.

On the 20th, my daughter Drove me to get it. On the 25th, after seeing the doctor, I went into Reeds to return
The ring and they refused to give me a refund citing I was past the 10 day purchase Date and to read my receipt (which I never received) and which I was never told would be an issue. I was told I had 10 days to WEAR the ring (because I had misgivings when buying it-the cost and the color (white gold opposed to yellow gold
