Last November I contacted Touchstone research in new york to send a copy of my 85 year old dad's dd214 for financial assistance. He was moving into an assisted living facility. He is going blind and is now beginning to show signs of dimentia, thus the move. I ordered the document from touchstone research. They said "no problem, it'll be there in 3-4 days." I was glad about that. I paid $94.85 to them to send me the document. Of course they demanded, quite rapidly, payment first.
I called and asked them how long it would take. They would hang up on me. They said it was everybody elses fault, except theirs, of course. I asked for a full refund. The date now is 5/3. Still no document, no refund. Jasen, the master mind, emailed me today. He stated that I had already received the document from NPRC. That is completely a lie. I've received no document from anybody. Jasen is a liar.

Please do not use touchstone research in ny, ny. They do not deliver. They hang up on people. They lie. They deceive people. I've contacted the NY bbb and they can't seem to hold touchstone to anything. I contacted the NY attorney general's office. They wouldn't even try to help me. Then, I contacted of NBC news. This company needs to be exposed to shabby business practices.
Do not use them. They are thieves and liars. Request your documents elsewhere.
