Car VIN History charges monthly $29.95 for a one time search of $2.95! Deceptive advertisement!

I have been charged $29.95 for what was advertised ONE TIME charge of $2.95! 2.5 months later I noticed charges on my Visa Card of the aforementioned amount of $29.95 (3 charges) for a membership (?) that I did not subscribe to! When I called the customer service to ask for a refund, they sent me to a web site to download a Refund Request Form. If the charge is older than 30 days, it will not be honored. I am out $59.90 due to a trick they are use to lure you... If it is advertised as ONE TIME charge of $2.95, why is it necessary to put in fine prints a T&C to cancel within 3 days...? This practice is unethical and should be stopped!
