Decline refund on falsely represented goods! Arizona

This ebay seller grossly misrepresented what she was selling. When I tried to contact her about returning item because of this fradulent practice, she told me I could not follow the rules of ebay concerning returns.

I followed her directions against my better judgement. She claims she never received the item. Of course now, I am out of Ebay's window on filing a claim. She basically got over a hundred dollars from me for no return of goods.

I have never encountered this issue with any other Ebay seller. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I will continue working will all the other wonderful and honest sellers on Ebay.
