" William?" Paid $200 for repairs to my garden mower and it's still broken

The business located downtown Meridian, Ms. I took my mower there to be repaired, he kept it 5 months with a bill of $140.00. The day he called and said it was ready, when I arrive it wouldn't start, so he told me to comeback, when I did the bill was $200. I have no problem with the bill!

The problem is my mower is not running and he says it's 30 people in front of me. I ended up having to take it elsewhere. I am perusing this matter legally. This gentlemen doesnt have the resources to complete the task he agree to, so I'm giving Wills Small Engine a performance level of 2 out of 10 and suggest you not to go there.
