Declining good checks

My partner and that I equally published inspections to the nearby k mart from 2 various examining balances and both were rejected by Certergy. We subsequently employed our bank card in one of the exact same balances and since it didn't undergo Certergy was approved. We approached Certergy numerous occasions looking to get grounds our great inspections were rejected. All we got was a typical no clarification solution. We subsequently requested for characters written down as was mentioned about the printout about the back of our rejected inspections. After nearly per month and many demands we've not acquired the characters. We've approached corporate k mart who appears somewhat unconcerned. We all know numerous clients this has occurred to and believe stores are becoming a poor support from Certergy and certainly will eventually suffer with this but how can we get anyone to do something positive about this? We also were ashamed and certainly will not go back to

K mart or any shop that employs Certergy.
