Rip-off! Horrible Moving Experience!

If missing boxes, damaged furniture and rude uncaring staff is your thing, that Safeway Van Lines is your moving company. Using them has been nothing short of a nightmare. As soon as they got my business, they have refused to answer or return phone calls, I have been spoken to rudely, and constantly put on hold.

I am missing boxes, not one piece of furniture came to my apartment undamaged, and the company misrepresents themselves. They said they only use full time, experience employees to move, and then both to pick up and deliver my furnitre I had teenage interns who knew nothing about what they were doing, and were only going to be working for the company for 3 months!
