Check the fine print on your lease agreement

I leased processing equipment from this company. The machine cost $895 and I agreeed to $42 taxes for 36 months. 9 years later I am still paying.

I was not aware of a buy out, that would have cost $160.

I found another credit processing company that does not charge me for my machine.

When I called company to send machine back, and that I haven't been using the machine for that past month, I asked that the fee be waived. The company was adament that they could not & would not waive the fee.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect me. I spoke with 2 men, both were condescending and refused to let me speak to s surpervisor.

I left 2 messages with a supervisor, have yet to hear back. And I finally called back a 3rd time to make sure I return their machine properly and the 3rd man I spoke to was pleasant, and tried to salvage my business.

But due to the treatment I received today, they exhausted me and I have no intention to stay with this company.

I have essentially paid over $5000 for a machine that would have cost me $895 $160, if I had been informed properly.

And ps. Me new company processes my company receipts within a day, unlike this company that sometimes it took up to 5 days.
