This company refuses to let you off their service. I have been trying for months to discontinue service and they continue to contact me, threatening to send my balance to collections. I am in the process of updating the "agent of process" with the state of California which takes several months.
This company will not update their website until the state approves this information, so instead of placing a hold on the account, they choose to send it to collections. Real nice. SO frustrating for the small business owner that has so many things to take care of. Why are they allowed to continue to scam people???
