Do NOT use this company for any reason. Hidden charges and continuous overbilling of hundreds of dollars

Please do not use this company for any reason. Their kits are not up to the level of other vendors and they are HORRIBLE about overbilling you. They have been trying to charge me over $500 for registered agent services that I did not order. I spoke to them on the phone and they continue to bill me. I sent them emails and they continue to bill me. They state that unless you close your corporation, you owe them for life on registered agent services and this is simply not true. You can use whomever you choose for your registered agent, and they are available for about $99 per year. The Company Corporation charges two and a hlf times the market rate and refuses to terminte their service after numerous attempts. I am reporting them to the BBB as well. Please protect your self and do not put yourself in this situation.
