Professional bullies threatened to sue us if we didn't place more business with them

In response to a cold call, one of our guys considered placing a bad debt with this agency. We did not actually place the debt with them as we had already sent it to another collection firm. NRS rep Ricky called and threatened us to get business from us. He said if we didn't give him more accounts he would sue us for pulling them off the account we had discussed with him. Then his boss, Nick got involved and was just as ridiculous. I tried to reason with Douglas Holmes, Director of Collections who had the facts all wrong but he told me to "Shut Up."

These people are all over the internet with complaint after complaint. I don't understand why our government doesn't do something to stop these illegal and unethical bill collectors. Do not hire these people to represent you or someday, you will be responsible for their antics.

If anyone starts a class action suit, we'd be willing to kick some money to help. These guys are real scumbags and should be stopped.
