Colonial Home Warranty - Morris Grant - Crooks - BEWARE! Walk the other way!

Do not purchase a home warranty contract from this company!!! Deceptive selling practices. No intentions of honoring contracts, Morris Grant who claims to be a supervisor in one call second call he is a manager. Signed up in Feb filed first claim April 11 for hot water heater and after 5 days (contractor had come out and diagnosed the issue) Morris Grant told me that I was not covered because waitng period time frame was not met. Accordiing to Morris Grant I needed to wait another 30 days before filing a claim.
