Abcdistributing says i owe for items i did't order or recieve

Abcdistributing says that they can not process a recent oreder i placed because they say i owe them fot order from spring of this year, i have never recieved an order from them and thought they were a repitable business, guess i was wrong and i would very much like to have ordered from them as would my friends and family, my folks will not order from them unless this matter is resolved and i recieve my merchandise first, i mean would you pay for something not recieved-i do not think so.
