Ripoff people by claiming you did not pay I will NEVER order from them again!

ABC is claiming that I owe them money. When in reality they owe me money. I ordered some items and pre-paid for them and abc cancelled three of the items in which I had ordered two of one item so therefore they should have credited me for four items.
I have called and written letters so far no response except they are going to turn me over to the credit people. I think somone should close this company down! I will NEVER order from them again!
