I ordered two pairs of slippers in early October. I got them at the end of December. How? I emailed, voice-mailed, called collect, threatened legal action. I don't have the numbers handy, but they can be found if you look in this site and put JD Marvel in any search engine (I used Google). Just keep on them. $15 or more is worth fighting them for. I estimate I spent about an hour total to get my slippers from them. They will keep your money and not send the merchandise if you let them. Don't!!!
