Sally Odell Scammed me on a horse trade

We traded a mare and a filly for a mare bred to her Friesian Stallion. What we ended up with is a mare who shouldn't have been bred - has foundered, arthritis, navicular and possibly even cushings. She can barely walk. We were told she was sound enough to be a lesson horse she is neither breeding nor riding sound. We traded her a Thoroughbred filly for the mare valued at 1500 and she is now selling the filly for 3000 after not touching her for 2 years. (we gave her our 2 horses 6 months prior to getting the mare that was bred for us delivered). We told her we were not happy with what she gave us in return - she offered us the mare back (valued at the studs fee 750), a puppy or another stud fee and that was it. We could not have our Thoroughbred filly back.

I personally would not trust her enough to leave a horse in her care because she told us at the time of purchase our mare that we were getting from her was sound. The mare also came to us skinny with her feet curled up and uncared for.
We ended up not taking anything in return from her other than hoping this mares foal survives, but I would not trust her keeping one of my own mares for breeding or taking anything else from her.
