Frank And Denna Nick, Moon Mountain Ranch Papers don't match the horse, Fraud, Deception, lies, drugged horse

Purchased a broodmare Springtime Express from the Moon Mountain Ranch on Saturday 3-07-09. Got her home, the next day she could not walk 3-08-09. Looked closer at the papers and they did not match the description of the mare. So I don't know what kind of a horse I purchased. I was told the mare was 16 years old over the phone her papers say foal date of 1991.

The Stallion Service contract for Our Hush Money who she was supposedly bred to said the mare was 17 years old.
Called and e-mailed the Nick's Monday 3-09-09, left a message that they needed to call me back the mare cannot walk; I'm unsatisfied with her I cannot have a horse in this condition in my pasture this is too inhumane. The Nick's did not return my call or email. Took her to a Vet 3-09-09, the palpation showed no foal, the ultrasound show the uterus to be small so no way she could have aborted the foal within the time I owned her. The Vet believes she could be foundered, a special diet, phenylbutazone, and hoof trim was recommended so the mare could walk.

The Nick's both guaranteed the mare sound and in foal. Said she was very easy to work with, her feet, vaccinations, etc. The mare is hard to handle tries to bite, cannot stand to be brushed.
The Nick's still have not returned a call or an email to this date.
