Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I started seeing 9.95 being billed on my last credit card statement and called to cancel. This month I was billed 9.95 again and called again to cancel. I was told that I would be credited for the last charge but not for the previous charge. I spoke with 3 agents then finally with a "supervisor" who told me sorry but that I signed up for a small business "deal" (not to my knowledge) and that if I had a problem that I had to put it in writing to the head company in Nebraska. I will now call my credit company to dispute the charges thanks to you.
