I ordered the complete Dark Shadows collection for $140.00 with free shipping.
I received the box in about 3 weeks. I started watching the DVDs about 3 weeks later and discovered that many of them were defective.
I contacted the company by email and they were quick to reply. Thank goodness I kept the original packing container! And the order confirmation emails. Without those I would have not been able to get them to do anything.
As it turned out, I had to pay to ship them back, which cost me $38.00, but at least they did finally credit my account for the $140.00.
I wish I had checked them out before ordering these, I could have saved myself $38.00 and a lot of hassle.
