AMS REO Liars, contract breachers, dont pay

After almost 1 year working with this company for a very slim if any margin. I decided to part ways with them. Every month trying to get them to pay you correctly was a nightmare, and if you wanted it any sooner than 45-60 days they took an additional 4% on the already 20% they were robbing you of. They are 100% scamming HUD and Fannie Mae. As a contractor you're expected to have the house looking as if it were just built, yet their own crews leave it looking like a tornado tore through, leaving you the recurring vendor to hold the bag for finishing the job for around $33.00. If you refuse or complain they strip your properties for the next chump.

They ended up sending almost $20,000.00 to a former employee because he said he was in charge now and that I had left. Needless to say their own contract for vendors stated only I could authorize any changes in address, contact person or any other information without expressed written consent. Its been 2 years of lawsuits and I finally managed to land a lien against this company, now they are trying to weasel out of their own mistakes and not correct them. This company will lie to judges, lawyers, you and any one else who they come into contact with. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, you will lose money and constantly be given the run around.
