This company is a fraud!

I had an almost identical story to others poted here. The "binding quote" was raised as soon as they arrived for pick-up. Upon delivery, almost every piece of furniture was damaged. Some were scratched, one box had a gaping hole in it, an antique chair arrived in 4 pieces, and one box was missing.

I tried to file a claim, but got nowhere. After calling repeatedly for three months, getting no answers, I was told that my claim would not be approved with no reason as to why. I was hung up on, and the company will not take my calls anymore.

This company is rude, offensive, and fraudulent! They have no right to treat consumers this way! Do not use this company, you will regret it in the end. I would gladly pay twice as much as I did if it meant using an honest company! Because of this one partial move, I will never use a moving company again!
