Beware of United Relocation Movers you will not get your furnishings unscathed!

I booked United Relocation Moving & Storage for our recent move from CA to AZ with promised pick up and delivery dates. They were one day late for pick up and 6 days late on delivery.
They almost tripled our binding quote stating crating and CF was miscalculated. When the furniture arrived they wanted cash up front with no explanation on the revised estimate only stating the money owed. They stated on the phone some of the expense was for crating. NOTHING was crated. They blanketed our 52" LCD TV which now is unrepairable. Didn't blanket our wooden furniture which is now all dented and scratched. Did not blanket the mattresses/box springs which are totally filthy with rips in them. So much for the crating! Not one piece of furniture came out unscathed.
The guys that delivered our stuff were not even employees of the company and came in a penske rental truck. (thats probably the reason for the increase in the quote)
When you try to reach them (office hrs 8 am to 5 pm) they sometimes answer the phone. They never return your calls. You are constantly trying to reach them. When someone does call its from a restricted or private number so you can't return their calls. They will NEVER let you speak to the owner because he doesn't handle this kind of stuff. All in all once they have your furniture the whole nicey nice scenario goes out the window. They are very rude. If you want your furniture you have to play their game. Please, please do not use this moving company!!!
