Chadwicks Swimsuit return policy - not clear up front - fine print

Do not buy a swimsuit from the catalogue. Chadwicks will not allow the return of a swimsuit in any condition. My daughter ordered several suits in different sizes expecting to be able to try on and return the ones that did not fit. The warning about no returns was the last sentence in several paragraphs claiming a "no hassle return policy". It is also a new and unusual policy. When she called after reading the fine print on the return form, the customer service rep suggested she "sell it on ebay" if the suit did not fit. When she called to speak to a supervisor, the reps hung up on here even though she was very respectful.
