Two Piece Swimsuit - Ruched Halter Skirtini By Inches Off

I ordered a swimsuit to go to the beach and was promised that it would come earlier, but it was a few days late. On the last day, I tried it out and found that it was a size too big. Although I was happy I lost the weight, I HAD TWO DAYS TO FIND A NEW SWIMSUIT! I found a couple of them at Ross, but anyways— I did not have time to send it back. I didn't really mind much. After all, they gave me 30 days to return it.

I came back from my ten day vacation and remembered that I needed to return this, when I started to read the small print. To return this, you need to pay 7 dollars. The previous shipping is not discounted.

First of all, I paid 24 dollars for the actual item and 10 dollars for the shipping, 34 in all. All of the companies that I have bought from online have paid the previous shipping and didn't force you to pay to send it back, so this was really foreign to me. I started Googling more reviews about this and saw so many complaints that I somehow overlooked! The most common things are:

1. After they returned it, they didn't get the money back (or got it in credits and weren't able to spend them).
2. Customer service ignored them for a long time and helped at nothing.
3. Chadwicks is pretty much a total ripoff.

If I return the swimsuit, I might get 24 dollars back, but at the same time, I'll be losing 17 (both shippings combined). If I return the swimsuit, chances are I'll waste 41 dollars instead of 17, due to the poor customer service. Either way, it's a complete loss for me.

There you go. Wasted 34 dollars on this swimsuit that looked pretty cheaply made. Thanks, Chadwicks.
