What a disgrace to the profession!

This place sucks and there is just no other way to say it. Used to be great but my local salon has different sylist everytime I walk in. The manager is the worst of all. I have had 3 HORRIBLE cuts in a row so I am done. I even took a photo this last time and ended up with hair that was NOTIHNG like the picture! And the picture was on old pic OF ME!!! I said " do not cut the length. Add face framing layers and side swept bangs". I ended up with hair that is 3 inches shorter, bangs that are all sorts of jacked up, and NO LAYERS AT ALL.instead I got a damn bob! What the heck??? Beyond pissed and I now plan to stop by just to let the manager that she sucks, the her salon sucks, and that I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!
