Company expressed an interest in purchasing internet advertising and submitted a signed invoice to that effect. Company then submitted to us a fraudulent FEDEX tracking number where they stated they were sending a check to us. Said number was not a valid FEDEX tracking number, and when asked about it the owner of the company demanded we give him service before payment. We declined without some form of proof of payment. He then hung up.
