Poor dad. He died at 7pm, at 130 am that night, the funeral home called to embalm him, they said it was the law. At the meeting, the organizer, kari, kept calling us penny pinchers and that money was tight. Turns out that the funeral rule of the ftc was not followed. They didnt give us no price list. The embalming was not required by law it turns out. We decided to creamate him, he wanted a funeral, but wasnt going to pay this places prices.inflated and exagerated. I filed complaints on them with the funeral directors of oklahoma, and the ftc for not following the funeral laws and rules. Please don't use them for your loved one.
