First of all I went in this south irving location and apply for a holiday tony said I was approved for 100$ I said ok then he told me aboit the old owners were rippin alot of customers off. But assure me things changed. I got my money and left. Now when I got my tax refund I was told amount but when I pick it up it was a different amount. I never got any documents or explanations for fees. They charged me 600$ stole 239$ cile a complaint in writting an calls nothing then finally some one did call and told me I wasnt entitled but for my trpubles theyll do my taxes for free nxt yr. Guilty guilty guilty as charge. I want my money o want it now
