I ordered printed copies of my ebook, The Great Recession Conspiracy, and I submitted the same files and art work I have submitted to Amazon, Scribd and every other ebook seller. Lulu somehow managed to change the original artwork to make the cover useless and they are denying any responsibility. These people are incompetent and I am out over $120. Stay away!
