Unprofessional curses yell rude scam

Had a great experience that turned incredibly sour. Talked to "Randy" for about a month, was so happy with communication and everything, got a quote for $1700 to California. Movers came two hours late, packed everything up so quickly, ended up telling me i owed $3500. Called "Randy" he said he would take care of it, because he was so nice. Said he would call me Monday, I ended up calling Monday and he was "out to lunch", called back again and he was "at a meeting" called back again and he picked up and said he'd call in 10 minutes, I called back again and he went home. Tuesday, and Wednesday he is "out sick." Incredible scam, we need to take this to the Media.
