This clown, Paul Saucedo, contracts to do work, under his company's name, Total Mechanical Inc., then takes a deposit, begins bringing some of his equipment to the jobsite & then leaves people high & dry without completing a thing.

He uses his company to shield him from personal liability, like good scammers usually do.

He's truly a piece of work. Truly, the lowest of the low. He was even cited by the dept of buildings in 2006 for performing unlicensed work, http://www.nyc. Gov/html/dob/html/safety/ulelpl. Shtml, something which I recently found out since they just started posting this info.
