Before I begin, I would like you to know that I do not believe all Realtors are bad. That is not true. As a business man and a community leader I have worked with many Realtors in my time. However it is those minority few that make a bad name for the industry

Mike Montague is a known scam artist, "Realtor", in the Barrie area. This man has cost millions in job losses due to his tactics. He has constantly spun propaganda on his own blog, which can be found at http://activerain.com/blogs/mikemontague.

We live in a city that today has the highest unemployment rate in the nation, but according to this guy, the housing market is "booming." This puts sellers that normally would of held off to sell their homes in the worst times because of his wrong advice. Locking them under contract while he collects commission. He has been in conflict of interest where he would play both parts of the deal and thus increasing his commission to hiding known defects in a house by staging it.
