Plain ripoff

Also A Victim. My horror story began on July 7th, when I came across this company (NHC Law Group) I gave the all my documents and payments a month before my house was about to be sold I specific pointed out the date of sale of my property (August 8th).in the begining I was told that they will perform a forensic audit, (if they did nothing was done about it) I contacted Nazeli and Otani on August 1st I was told they will take care of it (never did).

On August 11th I received a notice from the bank that my house was sold, I immediately called the company for an explanation, I was again told that they will take care (never did). On October 24th a Sheriff came to my property to serve notice of EVICTION, I once again called them and told them that October 29th was the day of eviction. October 29th I contacted them around 10:30am, I was told no problem, about 3:30pm friday they called me and I was told to go and file chapter 13th, I told them that I was paying them why not go an file themselves.

Saturday 30th I had to file an emergency electronic chapter 13th, with a different attorney (which also kept my money and did not follow thru wasted 1,000.00.00) As of today I'm homeless and still fighting for my property, I send them a letter for a refund and of course nobody returns calls. Daniel (David) Otani is not licenced to practice law in California thus not able to act as an Attorney As the PRESENT him (maybe in Washington).

I gave them $3,600.00 for nothing ITS PLAIN F R A U D. I hope the attorney general will do something about it and take these predators out of business. Humberto *
