Charged my credit card for 6 months with out my permission

I was charged for 6 months 14.95 on my credit card for a service i never asked for or recieved. They refused to credit me all the money back they said that they would give me 2 months back but that the other four months were non refundable. I never ordered anything and never heard of this company until i checked a statement and called the number. I never even noticed it on my bill. I tried calling and was hung up on twice. The reps i spoke with were Isatu id number 7934 and Patrick id number 4822. I will not stop until i get every penny they stole from me!!!
