I used this company years ago, and had an acceptable experience with them. So naturally, I returned to use them again. I cannot say how deeply disappointed I am with this company. As has occurred with all of the previously complaints, I experienced the full spectrum of excuse making, failure to deliver a product or meet any of the objectives which I contracted with them for.

After I filed a dispute, they sent back documents to my credit card company that were completely fraudulent. I keep very good records, and there was just no chance that what they claimed in the dispute was accurate or true. After a long conversation with my banks fraud department, I realized that I was in a no-win situation since all of my evidence amounts to a he-said, she-said argument. Unfortunately, it is very hard for the accuser to come out on top in these debates. So I am saying good bye to my money and walking away. But if you are reading this, just know that several people have come forward with very similar experiences with this organization. Don't be surprised if the same thing happens to you.

This is only the second negative online review I've ever given in my life, and in 20 years using just one credit card, I have only disputed one other charge.

I fully expect TunaRez to rebutt this, and I will not respond further. I won't even log back into the site.
