I placed an order on Blair.com on 02/24. When I was billed for my clothes, I didn't notice the $1.95 charge from Blair Rewards. However I did notice the $14.95 charge on 03/26 because I didn't sign up for anything.

When I called to inquire through Blair.com, they said it was the free shipping offer. Hmmm, I didn't get free shipping! So she gave me the correct number to call.

When I called Blair Rewards they said I clicked on the banner to see how to save $15.00 on my next order and that signed me up.

What a rip-off!!!
