This guy ripped off my mother for two thousand dollars

Our aged mom gave John Wissinger a deposit of two-thousand bucks to set up two surfaces. Steve hasn't completed the job. After several weeks and several telephone calls Steve ultimately delivered among my calls stated he'd return cash, never did. Submitted a police statement with Springfield twp. Police. John told police he deliver a check immediately NEVER delivered check. Nevertheless not returning telephone calls. Was educated by authorities his ACTUAL title is Warren Ricchardson! This person scammed my mom for 2 thousand bucks.By today 11-9 no money or phone call from him.
