My elderly mother gave John Wissinger a deposit of two thousand dollars to install two floors. John has never done the work. After many months and many phone calls John finally returned one of my calls said he'd return money, never did. Filed a police report with Springfield twp. Police. John told police he send a check right away NEVER sent check. Still not returning phone calls. Was informed by police his REAL name is Warren Ricchardson! This guy ripped off my mother for two thousand dollars. As of today 11-9 no money or phone call from him.
