All United Van Lines picked up my household on Aug. 20th 2011 in Pullman, WA and promised to deliver goods to Atlanta, GA in 3-5 days. They came arrived late at night, doubled the initial estimate and demanded to pay half of the contract. After that I never saw my household. What a horrible case I never could dream about... I called All United Van Lines almost every day and got the same run-around, 'the truck is still in CA but will leave in the beginning, in the middle, at the end of this week'. Finally, I lost everything: small kids' clothes, important documents, furniture, etc. Etc. Enormous moral damage... I'm asking for only one thing. Please find those crooks, justice should be served!
