Steedpublications never buy from the website total scam your item will not ship

This website is an absolute scam. I have waited for almost a year for two mustang polo shirts and a Mustang hat. It takes me at least 4-5 e-mails and several phone calls which always go straight to the answering machine to receive a e-mail response from steedshop which they always say the same thing, that it will be in next week or it will ship any day now etc... After a couple months of this and reading reviews that this place has done the same thing to many other people, I decided to ask for my money back. They would not respond as usual until my 10th e-mail and many phone
calls. Now I get the run around for my refund. They informed me it would be less 15% because I ordered a "special order item". I was mad but said O well I just want to get my money back I do not care about the 15% which is ridiculous to begin with I just figured better to get something back rather than nothing. Than once I agreed to the 15% I started getting the run around again. I did not hear from them for about a month and when I did the response was my shirts and hat will be in stock shortly!?!?! I responded that I requested a refund almost 2 months ago and e-mailed them that I wanted a refund many times. Finally they said they would refund my credit card... Never happened.

I went to the official Ford Merchandise website where they had the same t-shirt I called them and asked if they were in stock and they said without hesitation yes, than I asked even for bulk order? Again without hesitation the lady responded yes. So there official Ford Merchandise never existed online. If you are lucky enough to get a refund less 15% take it without thinking twice. I still never received a refund and do not expect to, but I continue to e-mail/call every several days. Hope this helps someone from not going through this same nightmare. I just cannot believe this is happening in the US. If it was from the Middle East or some other country I would understand but to run a business like this is the United States baffles me.
