I know what Jason means. I am still a member and am included on the pending lawsuit. Hair Club For Men does not tell you everything upfront. When you come in the second time they put all of the monthly fee's, tip's, and products on you.By this time it is to late and you have to sign a contract.

On the first visit you throw $1,800 in to become a member and it is not refundable. They tell you that is the only cost except for every three months you should come in to have your wig fixed for $75.00. On the second visit you find out it is a lie and your wig will cost you hundreds every month. It is a very unethical business. Is unethical agaisnt the law? Can be. Right now thier is enough on them to start one.

As for the person who left the rebuttal for Jason, what would you know? You are not a member and never were. As for you comment about Stephanie and Beth, he was referring to another Rip off Report from ealier in the year. I am actually clueless to why you are ripping on his report. As for the email address, it is allowed because there is a pending lawsuit. Yeah, some of these reports actually have lawsuits Mr. Know it all from South Carolina. I have an idea. You take care of Columbia, SC and the Past and Current Hair Club Members will take care of Minneapolis, MN.

As for your question into why people are still members is because some of us are locked in a big contract.
