Initial free consultation... Misinformed, did not disclose the hidden cost for life. Agreement signed stated within 30 days not satisfied, would refund half money paid, which was 2900 dollars.
First visit was so excited to get hair. Another employee presented me with papers. Sign here... This will save you money. It was a contract to pay 346. A month. I was told it would cost 2900 plus products, plus exclusive hair visits every 3-4 months, which was to be around 100 per visit.

First 3 weeks had 3-4 visits a week trying to get the hair right. Not looking like horses hair. On third week knowing the 30 days was close and i was still disappointed i ask to remove hair and refund me any money as agreement stated. Was told " we dont do that". So i continued appointments working on hair. Was given new hair and same problem. 2 weeks later 90% of the hair fell out and i had a piece of lace on top of my head that was glued then taped then glued again.
